THE GOAL
WESTPOINT is a home appliance brand based in France focused on reliable, stylish, and high-performance products.
The client wanted to make a short 3D animation video to promote their new product range, including: an air conditioner, a wine cellar, a fridge, an oven stove, an air fryer, and a laundry machine. The animation must be premium, unveiling each appliance with slow, deliberate motion, emphasizing curves, textures, and design details through controlled lighting and close-up camera sweeps.
THE CHALLENGE
My role in the project was to design the layout and animate the final scene of the animation, where all the appliances appear in the same frame. The project was done with Octane Renderer in Cinema4D.
With the provided sketch storyboard as guidance and 3D models from the clients, the initial look dev and other scenes (where each individual product was focused on separately) were done by the Mighty Stone team.
